The clinical practice includes observations, history taking, clinical examinations and health assessments, analyses of pharmacological treatment plans, analyses and development of treatment/care plans, evaluation of care outcomes, consultations, referrals, and documentation. Learning activities such as design of own learning objectives, assignments, recommended and self-chosen literature, patient case descriptions, self-assessment/logbook, and individual/group supervision according to an individual plan. The patient case descriptions are submitted and approved. \r\n\r\nCriteria for failed: \r\nThe student has not completed the clinical practice hours or has over 10% absence. The self-assessment/logbook is missing, and the progression cannot be evaluated.
