The clinical practice includes observations, history taking, clinical examinations and health assessments, analyses of pharmacological treatment plans, analyses and development of treatment/care plans, evaluation of care outcomes, consultations, referrals, and documentation. The progression of the student´s advanced clinical competence trough the clinical practice periods are assessed trough the self-assessment/logbook and are submitted. The self-assessment and the progression are discussed with the academic supervisor. The OSCE-exam in practice is assessed according to established criteria as passed. The assignment and the patient case descriptions are submitted and approved according to the specific criteria in the study guide. \r\n\r\nCriteria for failed: \r\nThe student has not completed the clinical practice hours or has over 10% absence. The self-assessment/logbook is missing, and the progression cannot be evaluated. The student does not meet the established criteria for passing the OSCE-exam in practice.
