During the course the Caring Advanced Practice Model will be discussed in relation to human existence, suffering and different care professional roles. Description of the term advanced practice providers such as advanced practice nurses (NP/CNS), nurse prescribers, specialist nurses, midwives, public health nurses, physiotherapists, occupational- and prehospital nurses. The outcomes and the four pillars of advanced practice providers will be discussed. During the course, caring and processes which promote person-centered health and well-being, as well as alleviate suffering within different contexts will be studied from different advanced practice providers perspective.
